The third joint meeting and project workshop of the ETDTFA- Education and Training Development for the Treatment of Food Allergies- project took place on May 2-3, 2024 at Istanbul Medeniyet University in Istanbul, Türkiye. Four partner universities (Budapest Business University, János Selye University, Universidade Portucalense and Istanbul Medeniyet University) and HoReCa sector representatives attended the workshop. During the workshop, representatives of the HoReCa sector in Turkey were informed about the results of the project so far. After the presentation of Rolla Gluten Free Company as an example of good practice, the workshop groups were separated. Each group presented their results at the end of the workshop. The workshop ended with delicious meals by Rolla Gluten Free Company.
