The fourth joint meeting and project conference of the ETDTFA- Education and Training Development for the Treatment of Food Allergies- project took place on November 7-8, 2024 at János Selye University in Komárno, Slovakia. In the project meeting, the partner universities (Budapest Business University, János Selye University, Universidade Portucalense and Istanbul Medeniyet University) shared their course development experiences and planned tasks for the completion of the project. After the meeting, the project team visited a factory producing gluten-free and lactose-free confectionery and bakery products; and tasted the real products. In the project conference; topics such as "Market and brands of the special foods, Consumption culture in the modern period, Emerging Trends in Food Intolerance and Allergens" were discussed. In addition, the results of the project were conveyed and discussed with the participants at the conference.
