Erasmus+ EU KA220 Project With Our Faculty Members As Researchers Has Been Accepted

The Erasmus+AB KA220 project in which our university was a project partner, including one of member of the Department History of Science, Mustafa YAVUZ and two of our members of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Dr. Burcu AKSOY and Dr Havvanur YOLDAŞ İLKTAÇ, was accepted. Our university is a project partner and first face to face meeting was performed on March 10th, 2023 in Budapest/Hungary. Hungarian Budapest Business School is the executive university and project will last about 24 months. Practices and regulations for food allergies in the HoReCa sector will be evaluated. Education and training materials covering all stakeholders will be developed for the improvement of these practices.
