In the first session of the event, which will be held on 20 December between 12.00-14.00 at Istanbul Medeniyet University Cevizli Campus Conference Hall, our Department Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Hatice Kübra BARCIN GÜZELDERE will discuss ‘The Place of Fermented Dairy Products in Nutrition’ and in the second session, Eren MUTLU and Gönül ÇAVUŞOĞLU will discuss ‘Innovative Approach to Fermented Dairy Products’.
